		<description>Good advice mostly except for the advice to forget the flutter kick. 
 
The issue is learning to apply the appropriate kick to match the diving environment.  
 
There are circumstances when a flutter kick is the best kick to use ie in strong current - equally for general diving the frog kick is more relaxing and helps to prevent kicking up sand or silt thus preserving visibility. </description>
